These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the user (“You”, “Your”, or “User”) and RONZ TECHNOLOGIES, a proprietorship firm having its principal place of business at 157B, Sriram Salai, Samantham Nagar, Kundrathur, Chennai – 600069, Tamil Nadu, India (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us”), governing Your access to and use of the RONZTEK website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree to these Terms, You must immediately discontinue access to or use of the Platform.

  1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Company, through its Platform, offers professional information technology services including, but not limited to:

  • Mobile application development;
  • Software development;
  • Web application and system design; and
  • IT consulting and technical support services.

The Company reserves the right to modify, expand, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

By using the Platform, You represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or possess legal capacity to contract under applicable law; and
  • If You represent a business entity, You have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
  1. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
a. Engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or damages the Platform or any related network or system;
b. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or related systems;
c. Upload, transmit, or distribute any harmful, unlawful, or infringing content; or
d. Use the Platform in a manner that could impair its functionality or reputation.

The Company reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate Your access to the Platform in the event of any breach of these obligations.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to software, text, design, images, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is the exclusive property of RONZ TECHNOLOGIES or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of the Company.

  1. PAYMENTS

Payments for services offered through the Platform shall be made through Razorpay, the Company’s authorized payment gateway partner.
Users agree to provide complete and accurate billing information and authorize the Company to process payments in accordance with the applicable service terms.

The Company reserves the right to revise prices or service fees at any time without prior notice.

  1. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed within ten (10) to fifteen (15) working days from the date of approval by the Company.
Refund eligibility shall be determined at the sole discretion of the Company, taking into account the stage of service delivery and applicable payment gateway policies.

Once a project or service has commenced, refunds may be subject to deduction for work already completed.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform and all related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied.
The Company disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its proprietors, employees, agents, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of:

  • The use or inability to use the Platform or services;
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity; or
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of user transmissions.

The total liability of the Company, if any, shall in no event exceed the amount actually paid by the User for the specific service in question.

  1. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Such links are provided for convenience only, and the Company bears no responsibility or liability for the content, accuracy, or security of any third-party sites. Access to such sites shall be at the User’s sole risk.

  1. PRIVACY POLICY

The Company’s collection and processing of personal information are governed by its Privacy Policy, available on the Platform. By using the Platform, You consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with that policy.

  1. TERMINATION

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s access to the Platform, without prior notice, if the User violates these Terms or engages in conduct deemed harmful to the Company or other users.

Upon termination, all rights granted to the User under these Terms shall immediately cease.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts situated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

  1. AMENDMENTS

The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Any modifications shall take effect immediately upon being published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
